    As one of the very first Harcourts franchises, Harcourts Holmwood is a successful and spritely company with five offices in Christchurch and a large Property Management division.

    Based in our Ilam Head Office, you will be integral to the success of our busy management team.


    This is a job that offers plenty of variety, providing business support to our Managing Director, CEO and General Manager Operations.


    Responsibilities include :
    Diary, meeting, email, and travel coordination
    Preparation of reports, presentations, and general communication
    General administration support
    Facilities maintenance coordination of our Head office
    Event Coordination for a range of functions and training sessions across the year
    Meeting potential and new team members and ensuring a rockstar service is delivered
    About You

    To be successful in this role there are some essential qualities you need to possess:

    Have a high level of written and verbal communication skills with a strong proofing ability
    Advanced experience and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
    Excellent attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned
    Exceptional organisation, event and time management skills
    Able to liaise confidently with suppliers and stakeholders
    Great customer service skills for both our internal and external customers
    Financial / budget acumen
