    Description

    Join a thriving Media company based in Auckland!

    • Promote the company's brands and introduce new products to the market.
    • Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, and ensure the sales team meets goals.
    • Research and develop marketing opportunities, understand consumer requirements, and identify market trends.
    • Gather market data and trends to draft reports.
    • Implement new sales plans and advertising strategies.
    • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams.
    • Maintain relationships with key clients by understanding their needs.
    • Stay updated in the industry through educational opportunities and conferences.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
    • Minimum of five years of management experience.

    Employment Details:

    • Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time/Fixed-Term Full-Time
    • Minimum Hours per Week: 30
    • Maximum Hours per Week: 60
    • Hourly Rate (Low Salary Range): $25.00
    • Hourly Rate (High Salary Range): $40.00
    • Payment Frequency: Weekly
