    Description
    Due to internal movement Farmers Paraparaumu is searching for their next Loss Prevention Manager

    The Loss Prevention Manager Role within our stores is a KEY position that will see you lead the store Loss Prevention programme.

    It is all about having an exceptional loss prevention team who are dedicated to implementing our core loss prevention strategies.

    It revolves around reducing risk through managing a culture of customer service in store - this role is highly customer focused.

    Day to day you will be completing action plans, implementing safe work practices, adhering to Health and Safety standards, uncovering internal theft, implementing strategies to prevent theft, and working with the store management team to identify high risk areas.


    It is also about:
    Ensuring the store premises and contents are secure and minimising avoidable stock loss
    Ensuring our security systems are maintained
    Developing an effective LP programme to apprehend and deter customer theft
    Maintaining effective processes to prevent/deter internal theft
    Assisting Managers / Regional LP Controller with investigations
    Management of loss prevention associate/s
    So what else will you need?
    Previous experience managing a team
    A proven history of loss prevention management and/or retail operations
    Strong communication skills both written and verbally
    A High level operator who knows about trends and takes corrective action
    The ability to work autonomously
    Great organisational and planning skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines

    This is a Full-Time role working 40 hours per week and will require flexibility for early starts and late nights.

    Weekend work is required as part of the management roster.
