This Hospice is on the lookout for a Nurse Team Leader with a heart for palliative care, who is ready to guide a dedicated nursing team who work with clients in their homes at their most vulnerable.

What you need to do:
Lead a specialist nursing team, providing support and guidance.
Collaborate with leadership to drive excellence and implement initiatives when required
Mentor and train new and existing team members and external health providers where necessary.
Ensure that the values and culture of the company are upheld at all times
Manage operational tasks such as rosters & performance reviews

What you need to have:
New Zealand Nursing registration and current practicing and CPR certificates
Experience as a senior nurse or nurse manager, ideally in palliative care
A commitment to patient-centered care and empowering patients' well-being
A passion for working within a diverse community
The ability to motivate, mentor and lead a team
