Description

Adotta pratiche di lavoro sicure con l'obiettivo "zero infortuni" e vigila sul comportamento degli operatori intorno a sé.
Esegue interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, in autonomia o in team, di carattere elettrico e pneumatico.
Esegue interventi di manutenzione a chiamata sugli impianti di produzione, di carattere elettrico e pneumatico, per garantire il celere ripristino delle attività produttive.
Esegue diagnosi e ricerca guasto.
Verifica il funzionamento e l'efficienza del macchinario riparato.
Contribuisce alla realizzazione di impianti civili ed industriali nonché cablaggio per quadri di automazione.
Esegue una diagnostica collegandosi con la macchina tramite software.
Si interfaccia con i tecnici esterni.
Ricerca i componenti più idonei e standard per i miglioramenti proposti sulle linee.
Conosce la logica di funzionamento della macchina in modo da prevedere eventuali movimentazioni critiche che possano danneggiare le stesse o le persone.
Collabora con tutto il personale di produzione nella elaborazione di soluzioni per le richieste di miglioramento dell'efficienza delle linee produttive, avvalendosi delle informazioni acquisite a seguito dei guasti e inviando feedback e consigli di miglioramento al proprio responsabile, ai Supervisor di produzione e agli Ingegneri di processo.
Collabora all'installazione di nuovi macchinari.
Supporta la manutenzione meccanica in caso di necessità.
Competenze, esperienza e attitudini
Competenze
Esperienza di lavoro in conformità agli standard e alle normative applicabili in materia di salute e sicurezza.
Forti competenze nelle discipline elettriche

(elettriche/elettromeccaniche/pneumatica/montaggio).
Esperienza nei sistemi di manutenzione preventiva pianificata.
Esperienza nel rilevamento dei guasti all'interno dei sistemi produttivi.
Capacità di leggere e comprendere schemi elettrici e di programmazione (l'abilità a realizzare disegni a mano è considerata un plus).
Conoscenza ed uso degli strumenti informatici e dei software specifici.
Abilitazioni per lo svolgimento del ruolo (considerate plus se già in possesso):

Abilitazione all'uso del carrello elevatore.
Abilitazione all'uso della PLE.
Abilitazione ad accedere ed operare in uno spazio confinato
Abilitazione ad utilizzare i DPI di terza categoria previsti in azienda.
Abilitazione come addetto di primo soccorso.
Abilitazione addetto antincendio livello medio.
Abilitazione all'utilizzo del DAE.

Conoscenza base della lingua inglese è considerato un plus.
Capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia che in gruppo.
Capacità di problem solving.
Affidabilità ed autonomia nella pianificazione delle proprie attività.
Flessibilità, senso di responsabilità e precisione.
Capacità di gestione dello stress.
