    Nous recherchons activement à renforcer notre équipe de serial-entrepreneurs. Ces futurs membres joueront un rôle clé dans la concrétisation de nouvelles entreprises.En tant que Lead Tech, tu opéreras sur différents projets 321 et secteurs d'activités tout au long de l'année. Ton expérience dans des startups sur des projets early, sera un atout majeur. Si tuas déjà créé ton entreprise, c'est un avantage supplémentaire.
    Tu sais à la fois trancher des choix tech & archi, gérer l'ensemble du système, coder (idéalement fullstack)et manager une équipe de dév.
    Tu seras le first Lead techsur l'ensemble de nos startups.

    Hardskills:
    Capacité à concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications sur l'ensemble de la pile technologique, incluant les technologies front-end et back-end,
    Compréhension approfondie des architectures modernes, y compris le cloud computing et les architectures basées sur les microservices,
    Expertise dans le lancement et le développement de projets tech à un stade early, avec une capacité à travailler dans un environnement à ressources limitées,
    Familiarité avec les méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban) et outils de gestion de projet (Jira, Trello) pour piloter l'avancement des projets de manière efficace.
    Softskills :

    Aptitude à manager, motiver et développer une équipe de développeurs, en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et performant,
    Habileté à communiquer clairement les objectifs, les attentes et les feedbacks tant au sein de l'équipe qu'avec les parties prenantes non techniques,
    Capacité à s'adapter rapidement aux changements de direction et à travailler efficacement dans un environnement en évolution rapide,
    Motivation à innover, à expérimenter de nouvelles approches et à prendre des initiatives pour améliorer continuellement les processus et les produits.
    Focalisation sur l'atteinte des objectifs et sur la capacité à délivrer des résultats tangibles dans des délais serrés.
